Luxury kitchen with panel-ready appliances and marble island

Specification & Coordination

Kitchen & Appliance Integration

Premium appliance packages coordinated through authorized distribution - aligned with cabinetry, architecture, and functional intent for a clean, intentional finish.

Designed to disappear. Planned to perform.

A luxury kitchen succeeds when every element feels inevitable - when proportion, materiality, and performance are curated as a single architectural expression. Appliances integrate seamlessly within the design, ventilation is specified with intention, and spatial allowances are resolved well before installation begins.

We design kitchens as complete environments, where function is embedded within form and every technical decision reinforces a cohesive architectural vision.

  • Package specification support (cooking, refrigeration, ventilation, specialty)
  • Fit, finish, and panel coordination with cabinetry and millwork
  • Infrastructure planning (power, gas, ventilation, water, rough-ins, clearances)
  • Sequencing support: delivery timing, site readiness, install coordination

Brands

Premium manufacturers - selected for the project, not the brochure.

We coordinate packages through distribution channels specified to match the design language of the home and the way you actually live.

What we typically coordinate

  • Ranges, cooktops, wall ovens, steam and speed ovens
  • Column refrigeration, panel-ready configurations, beverage
  • Vent hoods, liners, make-up air planning
  • Dishwashers, warming drawers, ice, specialty appliances

What you get

  • Clarity on what fits (and what doesn’t) before orders are placed
  • Clean coordination between cabinetry, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC
  • Fewer surprises at trim-out and install
  • A finished kitchen that feels intentional - top to bottom

Process

Sequenced like a high-end build—because it is.

  1. Align on intent. Confirm how the kitchen will be used (daily cooking, entertaining, specialty needs), plus design priorities.
  2. Specify with the plan set. Validate dimensions, clearances, panels, ventilation paths, and utilities against cabinetry and drawings.
  3. Coordinate infrastructure. Rough-ins, circuits, gas sizing, water, and ventilation are planned to install cleanly the first time.
  4. Sequence delivery & readiness. Timing is coordinated so product arrives when the site is ready - reducing damage, delays, and rework.
